Mubasher: Azizi Developments said that phase one of the AED 12 billion Azizi Riviera waterfront project is sold out on the first day of Cityscape Global 2017, according to a statement.
The developer has also sold 50% of inventory of phase two of the same project on the first day at Cityscape.
Located in the Meydan One district, the project started construction in July this year with the completion of phase one and two slated for the second half of 2018.
Once complete, the project will comprise 6,273 units of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
“We are committed to meeting by delivering world class community lifestyle projects with flexible payment plans,” Azizi Developments CEO Farhad Azizi.
Azizi witnessed year-on-year sales growth of 200% across its portfolio of properties in Dubai, according to a statement.
