Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that the construction of its AED 265 million Azizi Samia project Al Furjan is on track and sees a rapid progress.
Finishing works of the project’s units and works in the façade have also begun, according to the real estate developer's statement.

Azizi Samia will comprise 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom apartments, and 23 two-bedroom apartments – along with a 650 square metres retail space, parking facilities, and a swimming pool.
“Al Furjan’s strategic location to the Expo 2020 site along with easy access to the Al Maktoum International Airport, making it a prized investment for buyers and investors,” Azizi said.
