Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based Azizi Developments has awarded an AED 166 million contract to Progress Construction.
Upon the agreement, Progress Construction will develop Azizi Grand project, its first residential project in Dubai Sports City, Azizi Developments said in a statement.
Azizi Grand will feature 431 apartments with balconies, spanning 47,100 square metres. The project will also merge four towers into one.
The project is located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed road near Al Maktoum International Airport, the real estate developer said, giving no further details on the timeframe of the project.
Last February, chairman of Azizi Group Mirwais Azizi said that the company is planning to begin the construction and development of 200 real estate projects in 2018 at a total cost of up to AED 40 billion.
