Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has given an AED 175 million contract for the development of its new headquarters in Dubai’s Meydan Avenue to Green Modelling Contracting.
In a bid to enhance customer service and increase operational capacity, the new headquarters will be situated on 48,309 square metres and have the capacity to house over 2,000 employees, the Dubai-based developer stated.
“The new Azizi headquarters, located in Meydan Avenue, is a further show of our commitment to Meydan and our organisational ability to continue our sustained growth in Dubai,” Azizi Developments chairman Mirwais Azizi said.
The building’s interiors will offer a range of subdivided work environments, while the exterior will appear as a wave-shaped crystallised fabric.
“As our project portfolio continues to expand, it is imperative that we upscale, invest in creating high-end workspaces for our employees, and contribute to the enduring legacy of the UAE,” the chairman added.
The property developer gave no further details on the timeframe of the project.
