Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has awarded an AED 200 million contract to Prestige Constructions for the construction of ‘Farhad Azizi Residence’ project in Dubai Healthcare City.
Substructure of downstairs, ground floor, two floors for cars, and other 17 floors have been finished, the UAE-based real estate developer said in a statement.
Azizi further noted that Prestige Constructions L.L.C will start in the near future developing residential units in the project which includes 634 rooms.
Spanning an area of 729,000 square metres, the project is set for completion by 2020.
