Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Azizi Developments has awarded LLC an AED 559 million contract to develop phase IV of Azizi Riviera located in Dubai’s Meydan One.
Upon the contract, LLC will build and develop 10 buildings, representing half of Azizi Riviera’s fourth phase, Azizi said in a statement.
Construction work of the project will commence in July 2018, the statement added.
Azizi Riviera features 69 mid-rise residential buildings, including 13,000 units of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with retail district and two hotels.
Phase I and II of the project are projected to be completed in the second half of 2018, the real estate developer noted, giving no further details on its cost.
