Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has awarded the AED 559 million ($152.1 million) construction contract of Azizi Riviera Phase IV to Evershine Contracting.
Under the contract, the Dubai-based contractor will construct 10 buildings make up 50% of the fourth phase of Azizi Riviera, according to a company statement released on Sunday.
“There is high demand for community-oriented real estate projects in Dubai. This is why we are progressing quickly with Azizi Riviera, one of our most ambitious projects to date,” Azizi Group’s chairman Mirwais Azizi commented.
Azizi Riviera will comprise 69 mid-rise buildings including 16,000 units varied among studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
“We have already received tremendous response from customers looking to buy off-plan, and the project has made a mark in the real estate market in Dubai,” Azizi said.
