Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has awarded Prestige Constructions an AED 952 million ($259 million) contract for the construction of 13 mid-rise buildings in Azizi Riviera Phase III.
Located on the banks of the Dubai Canal, Azizi Riviera comprises 69 mid-rise residential buildings including studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with retail district and two hotels, the company said in a statement.
“Azizi Developments is committed to its ongoing mission to deliver premier residential real estate in Dubai at a faster pace, and Azizi Riviera is a testament to this,” chairman of Azizi Group Mirwais Azizi said.
Azizi Riviera Phase III’s construction works are planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2019.
