Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments started international sales of its recently launched Azizi Riviera project with the opening of its sales office in India, according to a statement.
Located in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City Meydan One project, the AED 12 billion Azizi Riviera boasts 69 mid-rise residential buildings of 13,000 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments, in addition to an integrated retail district, and a four- and a five-star hotels.
Total real estate investments in 2016 amounted to AED 91 billion, of which Indians acquired AED 12 billion, according to Dubai Land Department figures.
