Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments, a leading real estate company in the UAE, announced that it has completed 77% of the construction work of Azizi Samia project in Al Furjan.
Al Furjan, one of the fastest growing residences in Dubai, is set for delivery in July in line with Azizi Developments’ Year of Construction, according to a press release.
The main construction achievements include the completion of 88% of the second fix of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, as well as over 70% of the façade works, the Dubai-based property developer said.
Meanwhile, the external works progress is on track with over 15% of the work finished, while more than 50% of the swimming pool is complete, the company highlighted, adding that more than 40% of the elevator and overall finishing works are complete as well.
Spanning over an 18,354-square-metre gross floor area, Samia Azizi will feature 11 retail outlets extending over around 7,000 square metres.
Samia Azizi, which is only 15 minutes from the Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020 site, will offer luxurious amenities for residents including two swimming pools, a gymnasium, a sauna, and a steam room.
