Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has appointed Majed Hilal Contracting for the construction of the fourth phase of Azizi Riviera in Meydan One.
Under an AED 572 million contract, the Dubai-based contractor will construct 11 canal-side buildings account for over 50% of the fourth phase’s developments, according to a company statement.
“We continue to progress quickly with Azizi Riviera, one of our most ambitious projects to date,” chairman of Azizi Group Mirwais Azizi commented.
Azizi Riviera phase 4 comprises 4,753 units including 3,141 studios, 1,261 one-bedroom, 267 two-bedroom, and 84 three-bedroom apartments.
“We recognise a growing interest in Dubai’s real estate market – and particularly in buying off-plan – and aim to match that with our hallmarks of timely delivery, superior quality, and value for money,” Azizi said.
Works are projected to commence by the end of July.
