Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Azizi Developments has signed two contracts worth AED 440 million combined for the development of two buildings in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC).
Construction work of both buildings has begun in early April 2018, and is implemented at a fast pace, the property developer said in a press release.
Zahrat Al Safa Contracting has been hired to manage the construction of the buildings with a contract valued at AED 220 million per each, Azizi highlighted.
Fawad Azizi will feature 396 units, while Jawad Azizi will have a total of 383 total units.
DHCC has been able to strengthen its position as a leading health and wellness destination in the UAE, chairman of Azizi Group Mirwais Azizi said.
It is worth noting that Azizi Developments has other projects in DHCC, including Azizi Aliyah Residences and Farhad Azizi.
The AED 470 million Azizi Aliyah Residences will feature around 346 fully serviced residences, while Farhad Azizi offers a total of 634 residential units.
