Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments recorded sales of AED 1.3 billion at the Cityscape Global 2017 held between 11 and 13 September in Dubai, according to a statement
Phase one of the AED12 billion Azizi Riviera and 50% of the inventory of its phase two were sold out on day one of Cityscape.
Azizi Riviera is made up of 69 mid-rise residential buildings comprising 13,000 units of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, a mega integrated retail district, and a four and a five-star hotel.
The project started construction in July 2017, with the completion of phases one and two slated for the second half of 2018.
The company also saw successful sales across a number of other projects at the event, including Farhad Azizi Residences, Azizi Mina and residential developments at Al Furjan.
The total value of the company’s projects showcased at Cityscape 2017 amounted to around AED 20 billion.
