Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has begun the construction of basement floors in AZIZI Riviera project.
Located in Meydan One Mall, the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019, according to the firm’s statement.
About 85% of the basement works were completed, while the construction is expected to commence during the coming period, the property developer added.
AZIZI Riviera project consists of 69 buildings that include 16,000 diversified residential units.
The project’s residential units comprise studio apartments, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and two hotels, the Dubai-based real estate firm said, giving no further details on the value of the project.
