Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments began construction on its AED 12 billion Azizi Riviera project in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, according to a statement.
The waterfront project is being developed by KCC Engineering and Construction and Actco General Constructing.
Situated within the Meydan One project, the project comprises 69 mid-rise residential buildings, a retail district, and two hotels.
The development will also offer 13,000 units including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments.
The first two phases are slated for completion in December 2018, Azizi confirmed.
