UAE - Mubasher: Azizi Developments, a leading property developer based in the UAE, announced it will encourage the completion of its on-schedule Dubai-based projects to the highest standards of quality by boosting its contracts with a bonus of up to AED 10 million.
Nine of Azizi’s projects are due delivery this year, according to a press release on Monday.
The announcement has been made in line with Azizi Developments claiming 2019 as its ‘Year of Construction’.

The real estate firm has been working for years with well-established contractors under specific protocols for its contractors to abide by including “covering quality control, detailed timelines, construction site security, as well as health, safety and environment best practices.”
Azizi Developments picks up its contractors carefully and works along with them to guarantee that all work is completed in accordance with the initial schedule and predicts completion dates as realistically as possible.
