Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments announced it is on track to build and deliver five additional projects in the Al Furjan community by the end of 2018.
The Emirati leading property developer currently has one of the highest numbers of residential units in Al Furjan as it handed over a total of 12 projects to date, according to a press release.
The Dubai-based company also plans to add more new projects to its portfolio in accordance with a strategic plan later this year.
These projects are Shaista Azizi, Samia Azizi, Azizi Star, Farishta Azizi, and Azizi Plaza, with a total of 1,744 units.
The completion of the aforementioned projects is due by the second half of 2018, which will raise the number of completed projects in Al Furjan to 17 with total units of 3,639 at a combined value of over AED 4 billion.
“We are looking forward to an expansion of amenities and facilities in the area that will continue to mark it as a vibrant and important location for investors and home buyers alike,” chairman of Azizi Group Mirwais Azizi said.
Al Furjan is one of the fastest growing residential neighbourhoods in Dubai for its distinct location near the main shopping centres and vital areas, including Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and the Expo 2020 site.
It is worth noting that the new Route 2020 metro line will connect Al Furjan to each of Discovery Gardens and The Gardens, and will also provide its services across the Expo 2020 site and the Al Maktoum International Airport.
