Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments is planning to complete and deliver seven residential projects in Al Furjan in Dubai in the first and second quarters of 2018.
The Dubai-based property developer is keeping up with the rapid growth in the real estate market to achieve exceptional growth rates, Azizi said in a statement.
The total value of Azizi’s projects amounts to AED 1.8 billion, the Emirati real estate firm added, pointing out that the Roy Mediterranean and Montreal projects are set to be delivered in February 2018.
Other projects will be delivered in the second quarter of 2018, including Plaza, Azizi Star hotel, Samia, Farishta, and Shaista.
