Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE-based Azizi Developments is planning to deliver Azizi Farishta project in Al Furjan during the second quarter of 2018 ahead of the deadline.
Launched in November 2016, Azizi Farishta will provide 248 luxurious apartments, including 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom residential units, and 23 two-bedroom residential units, according to a statement.
Azizi Farishta also features an AED 255 million hotel with an integrated retail area of 7,200 square feet, in addition to a car parking, restaurants, cafes, healthcare centres, and gymnasium.
Azizi Developments chairman Mirwais Azizi previously stated that the company plans to start 200 real estate projects in 2018 with total investment of AED 40 billion.
