Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments on Sunday announced that it planned to deliver the AED350 million Azizi Aliyah Residence in Dubai Healthcare City ahead of schedule.
Launched in October 2016, the project will be delivered in the second quarter of 2018, the company said in a statement, adding that it had sold all the project's unit.
Azizi Aliyah Residence comprises 346 fully-furnished apartments, including 191 studios, 135 single-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments, along with a 16,000 square-foot retail area, Azizi Developments revealed.
