Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments launched two new residential projects in Dubai Studio City, with a total cost of AED 500 million ($136 million).
Situated on 28,000 square metres, the eight-storey Azizi Mirage I comprises 186 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with two swimming pools, according to a company statement released on Wednesday.
“As we continue to expand into prime locations across the Emirate, we are proud to announce Azizi Mirage 1 & 2 in Studio City, which has all the hallmarks of a true community-inspired development,” chairman of Azizi Group Mirwais Azizi said.
The UAE-based developer did not reveal any details concerning the second project Azizi Mirage II.
“Once complete, it [Azizi Mirage II] will make premium living in one of Dubai’s fastest developing neighbourhoods a reality,” the chairman added.
