Dubai-Mubasher: Azizi Developments launched its 178-unit Azizi Mina Hotel Apartments project located on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, according to a statement.
The hotel apartment building is estimated at a total value of AED 750 million, the company said, adding that the project is scheduled to be completed in 2018.
The project will offer 120 one-bedroom and 58 two-bedroom units, as well as boast four luxury penthouses.
“This takes the value of our current portfolio in the Emirate to AED 7.3 billion for a total of 20 projects already under construction,” according to the statement.
