Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments plans to reveal the second phase of its Azizi Riviera project during the Cityscape Global 2017 event starting on Monday.
The total value of the Azizi Riviera project exceeds AED 12 billion, the company said in a statement, noting that the value of the second phase alone amounts to AED 3 billion.
Azizi Developments said it will launch the second phase’s sales at the three-day Cityscape event.
The second phase the Azizi Riviera project has 17 buildings with more than 4,000 units in the Meydan One region, added to 69 mid-rise residential buildings housing 13,000 units, in addition to four- and five-star hotels.
Cityscape Global 2017 begins Monday and concludes Wednesday, 13 September.
On 21 August, Azizi Developments started sales of Azizi Riviera project, which is located in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City Meydan One project.
