Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has announced that construction works are “progressing rapidly” while concrete works at its Azizi Aliyah Residence project in Dubai Healthcare City (DHC) have been completed.
The total value of the project amounts to AED 470 million ($127.98 million), Dubai-based Azizi added, noting that the project’s front and final touches were underway, the company said in a statement released Sunday.
Dubai Healthcare City is known for its strategic location, close to major entertainment destinations and malls in Dubai as well as various historic sites in the emirate, commented Azizi Developments President and founder Mirwais Azizi.
He added that his company had various projects in DHC, which is seen as a vital area.
