Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments has announced construction plans for two new projects in Dubai, according to a statement.
The first project is a residential building that will feature a total of 177 total units, with a retail area of 557 square metres.
The other project consists of hotel apartments with 155 total units and a retail area of 490 square metres.
The two eight-storey buildings will be built on two separate plots on an area of 54,000 square metres within Dubai Studio City.
