Riyadh – Mubasher: Basic Chemical Industries (BCI) announced extending a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with Ibrahim Juffali & Brothers Company for additional three months, according to a bourse filing sent Thursday to Tadawul.
The Tadawul-listed company earlier said it signed the MoU for a joint venture to produce chlorine and its derivatives.
BCI said it needs time to conduct more studies in light of the latest developments.
