Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Basic Chemical Industries (BCI) recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2016 at SAR 1 per share or 10% of capital, with a total amount of SAR 27.5 million.
The entitlement of the dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in Tadawul securities depository at the end of trading day of the general assembly meeting which will also be held at a later date, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
