Riyadh – Mubasher: Basic Chemical Industries Company (BCI) said Sunday that its board of directors recommended cash dividends at 10% of the capital or SAR 1 ($0.27) per share for the fiscal year 2015, totalling SAR 27.5 million ($7.33 million).
The dividend eligibility will be for shareholders registered till the end of trading on the OGM date. The date of dividend distribution will be announced later, according to a bourse filing.
The company earlier paid cash dividends the same cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014.
