Riyadh – Mubasher: Basic Chemical Industries Company (BCI) said Wednesday that it haven’t reached a deal with E. A. Juffali and Brothers Company regarding to extend memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a joint venture for the production of chlorine and its derivatives.
According to a bourse statement, not extending the MoU doesn’t have any financial impact.
Earlier in April, the MoU was extended for a month starting 11 April to 11 May 2016.
