Dubai – Mubasher: BH Mubasher has authorised the management to study the possibility of transforming the company into an investment company.
During a meeting held on Monday, 20 April, the company's board approved to appoint professional consultants to prepare the company's recommended structure and asses investment opportunities, the company disclosed to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Tuesday.
The recommendation to convert the company into an investment company comes in line with the board's strategic plan.
