Muasher: The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) returned to the green zone by the end of Wednesday’s trading session.
The index levelled up 0.05% or 0.57 points to close at 1,225.24 points.
The trading value amounted to about BHD 104,915 after around 623,019 shares were traded.
The hotels and tourism sector topped the gainers by adding 0.84%, enhanced by the 1.23% rise of Gulf Hotels Group.
The banks sector grew 0.16%, backed by Al Salam Bank which increased 2.25%.
The services sector gained 0.61%, as Batelco rose 1.3%.
Meanwhile, the industrial sector fell by 1.57%, after Alba stock retreated 1.63%.
Market cap stood at BHD 7.241 billion by the end of today’s trading session.
