Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) ended Monday’s trading session up 0.12%, gaining 1.55 points, and closed at the level of 1,311.98 points.
The main index rose on the back of the industrial sector, which increased by 0.94% as Aluminum Bahrain (Alba) added 0.98%, while the investment sector grew 0.49% as Inovest and Al Baraka Banking Group surged 10% and 3.45%, respectively.
The services sector levelled up 0.09% as Seef Properties gained 0.83%.
On the other hand, the insurance sector lost 0.29%, as Arab Insurance Group went down by 1.1%, while the banking sector slipped 0.18%, as National Bank of Bahrain decreased by 1.49%.
Traded volumes reached 2.83 million shares with a total value of BHD 580,990.
