Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) retreated 0.44% or 5.88 points to close Monday at 1,326.96 points.
The banks segment led decliners with 0.67%, dragged by Ithmaar Holding which lost 3.33% to be the top loser.
The services sector also lost 0.11%, dragged by Seef Properties which edged down 0.83%.
Turnover increased to about BHD 873,200 from nearly BHD 594,800 in the past session, as trading volume grew to 3.36 million shares from 2.7 million.
