Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) ended Sunday’s trading session 0.19% or 2.57 points higher, reaching 1,377.2 points.
The insurance segment topped gainers with 4.15%, on the back of Arig which rose 18.9%.
Meanwhile, the services sector retreated 0.67%, dragged by Batelco which lost 1.4%.
BHB’s trading value decreased to about BHD 562,219 as trading volume shrank to 2.24 million shares.
Ithmaar Holding was the most active stock on which about 662,600 shares were exchanged.
