Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) closed Thursday’s session 0.02% or 0.31 points higher at 1,331.22 points.
The turnover amounted to nearly BHD 961,220 after 4.11 million shares were traded.
The hotel and tourism sector gained 3.71%, on the back of Gulf Hotels which rose by 5.77%.
Meanwhile, the commercial banks sector fell by 0.13%, dragged by Ithmaar which lost 3.12%.
