Mubasher: The main index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) edged down by 0.07% or 0.96% to close Thursday’s session at 1,307.09 points.
The banks segment retreated by 0.06%, dragged by Al Salam Bank which lost 2.02%.
Meanwhile, the tourism sector was the only gainer with a growth of 0.6%, on the back of Gulf Hotels which rose by 0.93%.
The market’s trading value amounted to nearly BHD 608,730 after 2.24 million shares were traded.
