Mubasher: The main index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) closed Tuesday’s trading session 0.39% or 5.18 points higher at 1,327.48 points.
The industrial sector gained 0.89%, on the back of Alba which rose 0.92%.
The banks segment levelled up 0.64%, endorsed by Ithmaar Holding which rose 3.57% to be the top winner.
The services sector went up 0.02%, backed by Seef which rose 0.83%.
The market’s turnover decreased to around BHD 765,130 on Tuesday from nearly BHD 908,510 in the previous session, after the trading volume shrank to 1.79 million shares from 3.08 million.
AUB was the most active stock on which approximately 674,100 shares were traded at a value of about BHD 472,740.
