Mubasher: The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse ended Thursday’s session at 1,119.64 points after it rose by 0.32% or 3.62 points.
The banks sector topped gainers by 1%, backed by Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait as well as AUB which rose by 1.85% and 1.59% respectively.
The services sector retreated 0.99%, dragged by Batelco which levelled down 1.94%.
Moreover, the investment sector edged down 0.05%, after Bahrain Commercial Facilities fell 0.71%.
Nass was the most active stock with 1.02 million shares were traded with a value of about BHD 97,920.
BHB’s trading value stood at nearly BHD 238,740 after 1.48 million shares were exchanged.
