Mubasher: The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse closed Thursday’s trading rising 0.2% or 2.36 points to the level of 1,160.05 points.
Turnover increased to BHD 459,380 from BHD 340,430 reached on Wednesday, trading volume also increased to 2.37 million shares from 1.15 million shares exchanged yesterday.
The industrial sector advanced 1.11% as Alba grew 0.6%.
The banks sector levelled up 0.5%, backed by the rise in Khaleeji Commercial Bank and Ahli United Bank (AUB) by 1.67% and 0.78% respectively.
AUB made the highest trading activity as 202,620 shares were exchanged at BHD 312,490.
