Bahrain Bourse’s main index lost 0.78% or 8.85 points to reach 1,131.11 points on Thursday. Similarly, Bahrain Islamic index leveled down 1.15% or 8.78 points to 754.66 points.
Today’s turnover fell to about BHD 90,600 after 588,300 shares were traded.
The services sector topped the decliners by 0.83%, as Nass and Batelco fell by 4.35% and 1.33% respectively.
The industrial sector also retreated by 3.73%, dragged by Alba which dropped 3.9%. The banks sector declined by 0.83%, as AUB and Khaleeji Commercial Bank edged down by 1.61% and 1.59% respectively.
