Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) declined this week by 0.27% or 3.05 points to the level of 1,143.32 points.
Trading volume reached 16.532 million shares exchanged at BHD 2.264 million through 282 transactions.
The industrial sector was the week’s worst performer as Alba fell by 1.89%, and the services sector dropped 1.74% as Batelco declined by 2.76%.
Meanwhile, the investment sector topped the green list by adding 0.36%, the banks sector also grew by 0.07%.
The banks sector led the week’s trading activity with a liquidity of BHD 679,892, about 74.18% of the market’s total turnover.
Ahli United Bank made the highest liquidity of BHD 764,186.
