Mubasher: The Bahrain Bourse continued its negative performance for the third session in a row, pressured by the fall in banks, investment and insurance sectors.
The benchmark index declined 0.08% or 0.88 point to the level of 1,164.03 points.
Trading volume decreased to 3.03 million shares from 3.037 million shares exchanged on Sunday, turnover also shrank to BHD 314,130 from BHD 407,390.
The insurance sector was the worst performer after dropping by 0.8% as Bahrain National Holding declined 2.4%.
The banks and investment sectors slid by 0.24% and 0.13% respectively.
