Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) went down 0.22% or 2.97 points to 1,374.22 points on Monday.
The services sector retreated 0.71%, dragged by Batelco and Zain which lost 1.45% and 1.05%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the investment segment retreated 0.18%, dragged by United Gulf Bank which fell 6.82%.
BHB’s turnover shrank to about BHD 508,255 after trading volume decreased to 2.2 million shares.
AUB was the most active stock on which about 458,680 shares were traded through nearly BHD 371,500.
