Mubasher: The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) ended Thursday’s trading session higher with 0.16% or 2.16 points to close at 1,323.71 points.
The investment sector topped the gainers with 0.42% on the back of Bahrain Facilities which rose by 8.27% to be the top winner.
The banks segment gained 0.06% on the back of Khaleeji Commercial, Al Salam, and Ithmaar Holding which levelled up by 5.05%, 2.61%, and 2.32% respectively.
Hotel and Tourism segment fell by 1.05%, on the back of BMMI which lost 2.98%.
Turnover amounted to BHD 2.47 million, after trading volume grew to 10.31 million shares.
Al Baraka Banking was the most active stock on which 5.94 million shares were exchanged at a value of BHD 3 million.
