Mubasher: The main index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) rose 0.49% or 6.56 points to close at 1,349.31 points on Thursday.
The investment sector went up 0.69% on the back of top gainer GFH Financial Group which rose by 2.6%.
The banks sector levelled up by 0.53% on the back of Ithmaar Holding, Al Salam Bank, and NBB, which went up by 2.56%,1.75%, and 1.33%, respectively.
Turnover leaped to BHD 1.1 million after trading volume grew to 6.17 million shares.
Ithmaar Holding was the most active stock on which 2.71 million shares were traded, while AUB recorded the highest trading value of BHD 1.88 million.
