Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) rose by 0.12% or 1.61 points to close Tuesday’s session at 1,313.59 points.
The banks sector rose by 0.33%, on the back of NBB and BisB which levelled up 1.52% and 1.46%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the industrial segment fell by 0.47%, dragged by Alba which lost 0.48%.
The market’s trading value stood at about BHD 741,730 after 7.49 million shares were exchanged.
Ithmaar Holding was the most active stock on which 6.29 million shares were traded.
