Mubasher: The Bahrain Bourse (BHB) opened Wednesday’s on a negative note as its benchmark index shrank 0.08% or 0.96 point to the level of 1,127.17 points by 09:45 AM Manama time.
Trading volume reached 62,700 shares exchanged at BHD 22,030 through five transactions.
The fall was mainly due to the decline in Alba by 1.43% to BHD 0.276.
Al Baraka Banking Group led the trading activity with a volume of 45,500 shares exchanged at BHD 17,290. The stock was flat.
