Mubasher: The Bahrain Bourse ended Monday’s trading session in the green zone, backed by GFH and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait.
The main index added 0.14% or 1.61 points, closing at 1159.33 points.
The investment sector added 0.47%, as GFH led today’s gainers and added 6.82%.
Similarly, the banking sector levelled up 0.06% on the back of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait which rose 1.1%.
The services sector was the only decliner today with 0.02%, while Al Baraka Group led the losing stocks and dropped 2.27%.
Ahli United Bank registered the highest turnover with BHD 144,250, while Al Salam Bank was the most active in terms of traded volume with 1.2 million shares.
A total of 3.39 million shares were traded today, compared to 2.51million on Sunday, while turnover reached BHD 446,710 from BHD 374,940 in the last session.
