BHB rises for 3rd consecutive session

Mubasher: Bahraini Bourse continued to close in the green zone for the third session on a row on Sunday.

GFH climbed by 7.9% helping the investment sector add 0.71%.

Meanwhile, the banking sector inched down pressured by the decline of Khaleeji Commercial Bank, National Bank of Bahrain and National Bank of Kuwait, as they fell 7.46%, 0.72% and 0.56% respectively.

Khaleeji Commercial Bank was the largest-traded stock with 1.47 billion shares which were exchanged at BHD 92,183 ($242,740).

A total of 2.34 million shares were traded today at BHD 265,855 ($700,061), compared to 396,194 shares at BHD 64.7 million (170.3 million) yesterday.
