Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Bahrain Index (BHB) leapt in Monday’s mid trading by 0.29% or 3.38 points to the level of 1,184.38 points.
Trading volume reached 846,280 shares exchanged by10:15am Manama time through 14 transactions, making a turnover of BHD 179,830.
The investment sector grew 1.15% as GFH Group advanced 5.2%, the commercial banks sector also rose by 0.06% due to an 1.12% increase in Al Salam Bank.
Meanwhile, Batelco declined 0.7% as 141,700 shares were exchanged at BHDS 40,540.
